A choice theory reflection
Your Ideal World, Drawn in Detail.
Choice theory says every one of us carries a private picture album of the life we want: the people, the days, the work, the version of ourselves we would choose. Most people have never actually looked through their own album. It just hums in the background, quietly steering.
This reflection walks you through that album one page at a time. By the end, you will have written a full picture of your ideal world, and found the one piece of it worth steering toward first. Answer what you can, skip what you cannot.
