A choice theory assessment

The Five Needs, and How You Feed Them.

Choice theory holds that everything we do, helpful or not, is an attempt to meet one of five basic needs: survival and safety, love and belonging, power and achievement, freedom, and fun. Nobody gets to skip any of them. The only question is how well each one is being fed, and by what.

This assessment walks through each need: you rate how satisfied it is right now, look honestly at how you are currently meeting it, and note one better way to feed it. At the end you will see your hungriest need, which is often the quiet engine behind a lot of behavior.
