A guided reflection

Feeling Empty? Lacking Purpose?
Start Here.

If life has started to feel flat, foggy, or like you are just going through the motions, that feeling is often pointing at one missing thing: a sense of purpose. Purpose is not found like a set of lost keys. It is built, through honest reflection and small action.

This short reflection walks you through eleven questions drawn from the work of psychiatrist Viktor Frankl, current research on motivation, and the Japanese idea of ikigai. There are no scores and no right answers. Answer what you can, skip what you cannot, and take your time. When you finish, you will get a clean, formatted blueprint of your own words to keep, print, and return to whenever you need it.
